In the event that, on your journey with us, you find yourself in an emergency situation for medical or other reasons, we will if necessary notify your chosen contact person. Please fill in the following form, if you would like to provide us with a person to contact in case of emergency. In case of uneventful circumstances you can also contact us at fly@avantiair.com

Your data will be treated in the strictest confidence and deleted after every flight.
